STI personnel have years of experience in Telehealth. We are aware of the
clinical, logistical, and financial issues involved in setting up a Telehealth program. "We've been there".
We know from past experience that Telemonitoring, when used correctly,
does have a positive effect on patient outcomes and agency bottom lines. We also know that implementing a Telemonitoring program
is a gradual process that takes time. To be effective with both patient and clinician "buy in" requires that clinical,
logistical, and financial issues are addressed and resolved.
